So I was browsing the other day and I came across this piece of art that was being used for a 'contest' of sorts. The art belongs to the extremely talented .
I decided (oddly enough) that since I had this really awesome program (Paint.net FTW) that I would attempt to color this lineart. Whoa that's hard. Especially since this is the first time I've ever digitally colored ANYTHING.
So, I apologize to everyone (especially Michael) if this is the worst piece of art you've ever seen. All I can say is that I tried something new and had a really awesome time with it.
He calls her "Waitress Cutie", but I call my version "Irish Creme", because she reminds me of the liquor and the the coffee. And yes, I have an odd obsession for redheads.
See the lineart plus all the various renditions done so far here: [link]

Coloring done by me. Enjoy.
For the record, I don't have the rights to this art. Plus, I don't have that much artistic talent in my whole body.
Whoa! This loosk really cool! (especially since this is your first digitally coloured piece ) It looks WAY better than *my* first piece, I'll tell you that much. Ha! The Irish theme looks really cool on her as well, and I like the background and dress colour choices.
Well, we're all here to learn, and if you did that, it's already a success!!
Thanks so much for taking the time to do this. That's just awesome. ^_^
Thanks again! Love it!!
